Abhishek Pachisia is a well-respected Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience working in organizations such as PwC and E&Y. In his most recent role as a Director at E&Y, He has successfully led high-performing teams, utilizing his exceptional management and leadership skills to drive projects to completion.

Abhishek’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his multiple ventures across industries, including sports goods and events, agri-products,interiors products, and execution. He has established a thriving trading entity, which within just three years of operations, has achieved an aggregate turnover of INR 150 crores.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Abhishek is a naturally gregarious individual who enjoys being around people. He values the importance of relationships and connection, an approach that has served him well in both his personal and professional life.

BRIJESH PANDEY

Brijesh comes with an experience of more than 25 years on various aspects of business operations and supply chains. Prior to joining us, he was the Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer for Compass Group (a global leader in Food Servicing) in India. He led the complete transformation of the Procurement & Supply Chain function for India operations from highly manual to completely digitized. During his tenure, Compass Group India operations reached 99% fill rates for ~10000 SKUs delivered across 500+ sites through >700 suppliers.

Prior to Compass, Brijesh worked with PepsiCo India business and led various procurement and supply chain activities across brands. He was Head of Juice procurement and later led Indirect Procurement categories too.

He started his career with factory operations with a leading Confectionery company. He is a Food Technologist and hails from the lake city of Udaipur in Rajasthan.

Dattatray has 25 years of experience in investment banking, credit rating, advisory for PPP projects, corporate finance, and planning & execution of new business initiatives. Dattatray has 25 years of experience in investment banking, credit rating, advisory for PPP projects,

He has earlier worked with S&P India (CRISIL), Reliance Industries, and Motilal Oswal’s investment banking division.

He has a B.Tech in Electrical engineering from IIT – Bombay and a PGDM from IIM – Lucknow.

LAKSHMI GADIRAJU

Co-Founder, CTO

Ms.Lakshmi Gadiraju spearheads Product & Application development and is responsible for Technology Guidance & Architectural design of all products and services apart from vision, strategy, and innovation.

Ms. Lakshmi carries technology expertise in the areas of Java/ J2EE, SOA & Identity Management over a decade along with the certifications like Enterprise Architect.
Her stint as a Product Specialist in SAP and Sr. Technical Consultant in Oracle Corporation working with clients across industry verticals, enriched her experience in managing clients’ expectations and team management.

Ms.Lakshmi Gadiraju has been instrumental in guiding BoB eProcure’s product development and driving the technology envelope.

When not deeply engaged in Product innovations, one would find Lakshmi spending time with her children, and indulging in her hobby of reading. She unwinds by listening to her favorite soft-rock bands.

She started her profession with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University.

K N VENKAT RAJU

Mr. Venkat Raju K N has about 18+ years of global experience spanning Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. He is very well respected and renowned amongst his peers for his passion for technology and his visionary entrepreneurial ventures. Mr. Raju is credited to have successfully incubated, scaled, and monetized three ventures in the area of e-learning, healthcare, and technology resource services prior to establishing BoB eProcure.
His expertise spans Strategic Planning, Information Management, Product Development, and Marketing.

Prior to beginning his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Raju held various senior management positions at global firms such as Mittal group, Altacom, etc.

An avid traveler and a film enthusiast, he enjoys watching movies of all genres.

Mr. Raju holds a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation from Bangalore University.
